Along with the new trailer, there’s also an official Borderlands 2 release date as the cherry on top! Fans and newcomers both can expect to blaze away at assorted wasteland animals, banditry and killer robots on September 18 in North America and September 21 internationally.
Whether you plump for the massed firepower of Salvador’s Gunzerker skills, the deadly psychic abilities of Maya, the turret buddy backup of Axton or the deadly stealth of Zero, you’re in for a wild ride regardless.
Here’s hoping that developer Naughty Dog can round off excellent gameplay with a half decent ending to the single player campaign this time! If you’re not in it for the story, the 4-way co-op multiplayer should be a welcome diversion.
