Labour Doomed as Candidate Calls Queen “Vermin”
Electoral candidate rants on Facebook that Queen is a parasite and vermin.
A campaigning Labour MP hopeful risks scuppering his political career before it has even begun after launching an online tirade against the Queen on Facebook, calling Her Majesty a “parasite” on British taxes.
Peter White is standing for election in east London for Havering Borough Council in May, but caused controversy with shocking comments posted on the Facebook page of Tory MP Andrew Rosindell referring to the Queen as “vermin”.
Mr Rosindell is campaigning to make the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee in 2012 a public holiday to celebrate the occasion. This was clearly too much for Mr White who unleashed his thoughts to the online community: “What is the point of celebrating the Diamond Jubilee of someone who is born into a position of privilege, she is a parasite and milks this country for everything she can.”
Mr White attacked the Queen’s demand on public resources, recommending that she could sell some of her properties if she was desperate for cash rather than depending on handouts from the British taxpayer. “Maybe if she wants Buckingham Palace to be maintained from public funds she should open it to the public,” he wrote.
In his closing snipe, Mr White finished: “Don’t get me wrong, I have no problem with a public holiday but lets have one that means something, rather than celebrating vermin.”
It’s not like Gordon Brown really needs another kick to his crown jewels but it seems Mr White as an aspiring representative of the Labour party delivered the hammer blow to Brown’s suffering party. Labour officials have forced Mr White to apologise for his remarks, but the damage is surely done.
David Cameron was heard cackling maniacally as he roamed the halls of the opposition.

If Labour wish to regain ANY honour from this, they should sack the man, Brown should publicly apologise for the behaviour of his man, and that man should get the chop. Insulting a reigning monarch is treasonable!
If Brown fails to act, and act fast, he shows that he really does hold nothing but contempt for the British Public and the Queen.
I’m amazed her people have remained silent on this…

I think the man is a legend. It shows that within “New Labour” there is still some old spirit which opposes “high” birth and using of public funds by people who depend on their blood to be in the place they are in.

You must have a lousy sense of judging people`s character. You represent the problem with democracy… it allows idiots like you to have an opinion. God save the Queen.
