Any real Mac user will immediately know that it's a joke. One up for Mac! The tilt sensor is implemented so that in the event of an accidental drop, the hard drive will shut off so the moving parts do not damage the data. Knocking it down is difficult anyway since it has a magnetic power cable that detaches easily in case someone trips over the wire. You know, all this proves is that Macbooks have a tilt sensor.
