I work for Ribble Valley Council in Longridge and we run Silver Mondays which promotes exercise for the over 50s at our civic hall in Longridge, near Preston. You can do all sorts of activities. We do run a tea dance but we also have things like Tai Chi. Hi.

Many of us prefer disco to sequence dancing. Less ballroom and more rock and roll! Why not make use of leisure centres for regular dance sessions, 60s/70s music.
